Here's just a taste of what we have achieved so far.
Modern contemporary kitchen
Melissa and Jeff built their house overlooking Cambridge back in 2010 and had installed a recycled 70's kitchen. It was fantastic working with Designwell to replace their make-shift kitchen with a modern design cutting edge products. One of the first things we appreciated was their eye for detail. So every step of the way was managed to make sure these details weren't lost in the final product.
Prime Panels Black Soft Matt was the product chosen to clad the kitchen, it's a beautiful product that keeps finger marks to a minimum and allows clients to finally use black as a colour without the past hassle of daily cleaning and frustration.
12mm Laminam Ossido Nero was used for the bench tops. This is a wonderful product that gives a super sleek appearance and a tile-like but welcoming surface. The top perfectly completes this very usable kitchen.
The hanging steel frame sits right above the island and helps provides a relaxed kitchen transition from the adjoining lounge.
It was a pleasure to work with our client and complete their kitchen with a proud sense of achievement.
James and Briar had a very compact kitchen that had little internal floor space. So with a reasonably clean slate we took their design thoughts and came up with a plan to integrate all their needs. It ended up being an L shape wrapped around an island. Very workable and handy to use.
They wanted no handles, so we dropped the drawer fronts down to make a drawer pull. This provides a minimal and sleek look.
A solid oak over cupboard was made to provide a beautiful contrast to the white cladding. LED strip lights were installed under the over cupboards to provide good lighting for the whole bench and leave no space feeling dark and unusable.
20mm Prime engineered stone tops finished things off to give a hard wearing space for their kids to use in the way kids use a kitchen.
The final result was a wonderful kitchen that is well placed. James and Briar were great to work with and we appreciated nurturing a good relationship with them throughout the process.
business kitchen design
Grayson Clements Lawyers took over more office space and needed a kitchen built. They wanted to provide a warm and welcoming space for their staff and families. From the start they trusted our judgement on layout and design.
So they chose a 30mm Prime engineered stone top as an obvious choice to bring class and endurance to their working surface.
Oak veneer was used for the cladding with a clear lacquer applied for long last and easy wipe.
Laminam was applied to the sink wall to provide interest and a double as a splash back. We floated some oak shelves through the laminam to finish the space off.
It's a very usable kitchen and suits their purposes well. We enjoy working with clients who appreciate detail and trust us to finish their work to a high standard.
