Creating a beautiful home takes planning and vision.

When you have an 100 year old 2-story home, it has many original quirks. Owners Alexander & Kristin Wastney (Designwell) alongside architect Tane Cox (Red Architecture) have worked closely to celebrate the past and honour the future. The result is not only beautiful, but super practical.

It was our pleasure to work closely with Zander to bring the Wastney vision to life. A kitchen, office and window seat are all complimented by lovely finishes.

The building was carefully completed by Vinny and the team at Niche Renovations
