Our Process

  1. After making contact with us, we will book an in house designer appointment with you in your space. This comes at no cost to you, only a cup of coffee. During this time we'll ask you questions and listen to what is important for your room. We do this so we can best place our professional advice, design the perfect space for you, meet your budget expectations and establish a trusting relationship.

  2. Once we’ve done our best to design and look at different finishes between us in your space, we then go away and give more thought and time to bring a 3D design back to you. We encourage you to give us as much pinterest, magazine, colour and material choice info as possible.

  3. Once you’ve had a good look through the 3D images you’ll receive, we then give you a quote or estimate. (Quotes are when all details are known, estimates are when there’s a few details still to be decided). If you decide to go ahead, we then work with you to look at finer details, the process and time frames to complete your job. To ensure that you are fully satisfied with the design and product choice, we are able to offer a near photo real 3D image if you would like at a small additional cost. (These 2 images are seen to the right hand side of this page).

  4. Once you’ve received a price, if you decide to go ahead, we then work with you to look at finer details, the process and time frames to complete your job.
